       - It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve the stitch-out, ensuring it accurately reflects the intended design, colors, and specifications.
  2. Returns and Refunds:
       - We understand that discrepancies may occur, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
       - If your custom hat does not match the approved stitch-out, we will gladly accept returns or process a refund.
       - To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 15 days from the date of receiving your order.
       - Digitizing fees on orders of less than 12 hats are non-refundable.
  3. Eligibility for Returns:
       - To be eligible for a return or refund, the custom hat must not have been worn or used.
       - The product must be in its original packaging.

       - If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.
